You can view transcripts and summaries on the log we provide you. If you aren't sure how to access your call log, just let us know.

So long as your chatbot training doesn't need to change, you are welcome to use it on different sites. If you have multiple store locations and need to make slight adjustments to the AI training, reach out to us to discuss. We work with chains to build economical solutions.

Absolutely. So long as your CRM has an API endpoint for us to plug into (and most all do), we can integrate your chatbot into it. Direct CRM integration is a feature available on our premium chatbots. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

We rigorously test and train your AI, so problems are rare. If you see responses in the transcripts that you aren't happy with, simply let us know and we can adjust the training of your AI employee to ensure it is meeting your needs.
