How long will it take to build my Voice AI agent?
After we set up your account and collect the necessary information, the build process moves fairly quick (normally 2-3 days). We'll then do a quality control "testing phase" where we put your new AI employee through the ropes and make sure they are operating perfectly.
What if I need to update my AI?
We make it easy for you to update your AI knowledge by providing a shared document where data can be stored.
Where can I view transcripts of call recordings?
You can view transcripts and summaries on the log we provide you. If you aren't sure how to access your call log, just let us know.
What if I decide I want a different voice?
If you decide you don't like your AI's voice you can simply choose a different. There are hundred of high quality voices available, so we're sure you'll find one you like.
Can I use my own voice?
Yes! You are absolutely able to clone and use your own voice as your AI. If you have already cloned your voice on Elevenlabs you can provide us with the voice ID. If not, we can help you do so for a small fee.
What should I do if I notice a problem?
We rigorously test and train your AI, so problems are rare. If you see responses in the transcripts that you aren't happy with, simply let us know and we can adjust the training of your AI employee to ensure it is meeting your needs.
