In order to connect your business number with an AI we need to establish a method of connection.

• If you are setting up a new business number for AI replies, we will handle the 10DLC registration as part of our service, you simply pay the registration fees.

• If you currently have a PBX / UCaaS provider and want to stay on their service plan for your VOIP needs, we can work with them to set up conditional forwarding.

• Alternatively, you can port your number into Easy AI's ecosystem.

IMPORTANT: If you elect to forward from an existing number, your AI SMS agent will respond from a new number (either toll free or local) set up within our system. A2P / 10DLC registration fees still apply. Please contact us before ordering an with any questions.
